Icefang watched Murderweapon leave the camp before following her quickly. She raced past her before turning around and facing her.
"I would miss you," Icefang whispered, meeting Murderweapon's gaze evenly.
What Icefang had said was true. Though it seemed to her that Murderweapon hated her, the feeling was not mutual. In fact, Icefang actually cared for her more than he others. She was just like her sister: headstrong, stubborn, brave. Perhaps this was why Icefang was so worried about her.
"I'm sorry for yelling. I was just worried about you, that's all. I-I don't know what I would do if you had died," Icefang meowed, a pained coming into her eyes as she remembered her sister's death.

[Okay. xD] Murderweapon was stalking out of the camp, staring at everything around her. How stupid. This cat was trying to get her to actually care? She didn't. She didn't want to care. Murderweapon's tail slashed as she heard someone coming up behind her. Great StarClan, what now? She stared at the other cat as it ran in front of her. Murderweapon sat down, annoyed. "...If you're so sorry for yelling at me, then why'd you do it in the first place?" Murderweapon said evenly, a frown appearing on her face.
She didn't believe that this cat actually cared about what happened in her life. No one ever had. Especcially not the cat that she wanted to care.. She shook her head. No,Murderweapon. Don't start thinking about Westfall. Not today. It's not worth it. He's not worth it. Hell, he was never worth it. A pained look became clear in her eyes without her realizing that it was there. Stupid, stupid cats.. [Check out the Site Handbook, btw.\

The blood had a slight smell, but the color of it was most significant as it stained the grass. The pain was overwhelming. She fought to hold on, but her grip was slipping rapidly. She had begun feeling better, but she was suddenly going downhill.
At that point, she knew she felt Starclan's pull. Was she really destined to leave? She thought she would be better down here, with her clan. A ghostly voice spoke in her ear.
"Your time with your clan has come to an end. This is the way it must be. We foresaw that you would not survive the coming catastrophe. It must change."
She felt a deep pain in her chest. It was tight and burning. Her wounds became numb. Heavy coughs seized her chest. She looked to see blood in front of her. She stared at the shiny liquid for a moment before she collapsed onto her side.
Each breath became a painful struggle. She felt nauseous in a way that she had never felt previously. The taste of blood was sharp and sour. She spat it out.
Voices swam around her. She could no longer focus on their voices. Only the rasp of her breaths were clear. Confusion was prominent in her brain.
'Had I fallen hard? I didn't feel this pain inside before. Perhaps my external injuries had been more noticeable but now...'
She lost a grip on her thoughts. A strange peaceful feeling came over her. She allowed her thoughts to slip away, as her mind blanked. Her vision failed first. Her surroundings blurred.
She could still make out the voices of her clanmates, the scent of prey, and the sting of the wounds on her body. The smell of hawk, among others, were powerful. She welcomed them, and she felt somewhat hungry, before they slipped away. The scents faded away, and the scents of unfamiliar cats replaced it. She realized she couldn't quite remember what the blood smelled like.
"What a shame, to be losing such a great warrior! Don't worry, I'll take care of Hopeclan for you," spoke a she-cat warrior with a caring voice, definitely one way over 20 moons.
The noises of camp stood out clearly, she realized when she heard the footsteps of the cat padding away after a while.
She could hear the words of many clanmates, but she couldn't commit them to memory anymore. The sounds slowly retreated until they were no more.
Lastly, she almost screeched as the pain in one of her legs, the scratches, and the deeper wounds became prominent and overwhelmed her again. She tensed and willed the pain to disappear.
The dying she-cat finally struggled to take a deep breath. She felt it in her burning, tight chest. Her stomach was sharpened with pinpricks of pain. She felt her body convulse as she squeezed out the breath.
Her muscles relaxed. All sensations faded away.
She found herself standing in the open area of camp, instead of laying in the den. Faded forms of cats surrounded her. For a moment, she thought she saw her parents slipping among them along with smaller forms that resembled kits.
One padded close to her. The starry cat brushed her flank with his tail.
"It is time for us to take you to Starclan. Everything will be alright," the cat spoke gently in her ear. She nodded distantly before starting after him as he walked away.
There was a brightness and a calm came over her. She opened her eyes to a beautiful new home crawling with cats that had passed on.
She turned her head to see her mother standing beside her, love clearly expressed.
In her heart, she knew Hopeclan would be alright now that she was in Starclan. With the acceptance of her destiny, she followed her parents. Small kits weaved through her paws joyfully.

DEATH WAS UNIMAGINABLE.
Murderweapon began to lay down, when she felt something in the pit of her stomach. It wasn't something she felt a lot. She had only felt it once, when she had killed Westfall. The only person that she had cared about that she had killed. She widened her eyes, then shut them feverishly. Something was wrong. She didn't know how bad or if it was even that bad. Her eyes flickered. Something was wrong. Something was horribly, horribly wrong. She automatically sat up, her ears thingyed to one side. She was tense. If I felt this when Westfall died, then.. ..Hell. She turned tail and ran back to the camp. She could feel stickers getting into her paws, limbs hitting her sides as she ran. She didn't care. She didn't want to care. She continued to run until she raced past the entrance and to the cat's body.
The cat's body that she cared about for a long, long time. StarClan's pull. Whatever was pulling her, that was what was happening. StarClan had already taken a good friend of hers. She was gone, her soul no longer in her body, the medicine that they had tried to use to save that cat's life was no longer able to be used. She widened her eyes, collapsing beside her, a snarl within her thoughts. She felt like Icefang had done this. That she had done this. That she had failed a good friend.. A friend that she thought could be great to.. to.. To conquer this clan with.. She sighed. If anyone spoke to her, her voice would come out in a snarl. The one friend that she thought she had.. Had died. Died because of her. Even Icefang had said it was because of her. Why did they take on that huge hawk?

Icefang followed Murderweapon back to camp, noticing something was wrong. She stopped at the den mouth in horror, looking at her unmoving comrade. Guilt once again settled in the pit of her stomach. She felt as though she had been the one to cause Gingerspark's death.
"Gingerspark... I'm sorry I failed you...this is all my fault," Icefang sobbed, padding over to Gingerspark's body and burying her nose in her fur.
She had thought that she could make a difference. She had thought that saving Gingerspark' s life would make up for causing Amber's death. She had thought that...well, she didn't know what she thought anymore. Her whole world crumbled around her as StarClan took the life of another loved one.

SO APPARENTLY, COBWEBS BREAK WHEN YOU RUN?
Murderweapon stayed there in silence, automatically feeling horrible because of it. Gingerspark had died, not only because of her, but because she hadn't gotten the cat back on time. She narrowed her eyes, automatically feeling more horrible than she already should. She stared at her good friend's dead body with remorse. She felt that it was all her fault, and when she saw and heard Icefang pad up to speak, she didn't even move. She could feel herself trickling down to the ground. Her body felt hollow. Her eyes were filled with hatred. Why couldn't she had been the one to die? Gingerspark had so much more to live for.
Murderweapon barely felt the blood trickling down her backbone, and her side. The cobwebs were ripped to what felt like shreds. She didn't even move when she felt an aching pain filling and dulling her senses. She couldn't hear anything but something telling her that she should have listened to Gingerspark when she said to go back to camp. She should have ran and not made Gingerspark pick up the eagle with her. She should have gotten the herbs faster. It was all her fault. It could only be her fault. It was all, all her fault.. The pain wasn't even the largest thing. It wasn't even close.

Icefang looked up as she smelled the fresh scent of blood. Her eyes widened as she saw that Murderweapon's cobwebs had ripped. She ran over to the medicine cat den, grabbed more cobwebs, and ran back to Murderweapon. She set the cobwebs down, her eyes hard and determined.
"Look, I know you don't like me very much but I do care about you. We need to get those wounds covered again," Icefang meowed.
She may not have been able to save Amber's or Gingerspark's life, but by StarClan, she would save Murderweapon's. She looked into Murderweapon's eyes and saw guilt and grief reflected in them. Icefang imagined that that must be reflected in her eyes as well.

GUILTY.
Murderweapon's eyes looked so pained, so annoyed, that she couldn't take it. She wanted to just wash away just like everything else she had ever done. She wasn't worthy of anything at all. She felt horrible. Annoyed. She wanted to just sink into the ground and not think about anything else anymore. But when she saw the cat beside her run and then come back with the fresh scent of cobwebs, she didn't even move. She didn't want to. She just glanced back up at her, sighing. Finally, she realized that she had to move to be taken well cared for. She sat up easily, feeling a piece of the cobweb fall to the ground that was broken off of her back. Pft. What a great job. But she didn't complain. She felt the need for a poppy seed, but she wasn't going to ask for one. If she did, she would feel even more stupid than she already felt. A growl hit her voice as Icefang began to pull the cobweb off with her teeth, but she didn't complain.
The cat was only trying to help, so Murderweapon guessed she could give her that. Oh well. She didn't shy away like she would usually. She didn't feel like doing anything. Her whole body ached with desperation and pain and honestly she just wanted to get every Darn thing over with, gone forever.
