" Why is it such a bad thing to fall in love if you are in a high position ? " She gave her pelt a quick lick. " So what kind of prey do you like to eat the most? " The preivious talk was ignored and soon forgotten.

"I know, but I suppose I do like someone," he meowed nervously, thinking he had said to much. "but it's a secret, and I don't want anyone to know," he also meowed, not trying to be rude. Glad she changed the subject, "I love to eat birds, for some reason I think they taste really good. What's your favorite thing to eat?"

" I like mice, birds have way to many feathers. " She meowed, she flicked her tail. " I see. "

It was silence for a few minutes, so Ninjastorm broke the silence by asking, "So, do you like anyone in the clan? Or out of the clan?" he asked.

Fatestar's fur felt hot, " That is none of your buisness! " She snapped. She then realized what she was saying. " I mean no, of course not. I am a leader, and a female one at that. " The words came out roughly, like a torrent in a river.

Ninjastorm looked embarrassed, he thought he had the right just to ask his leader a simple question. "Well, I thought since you asked me, I could ask you," he mewed softly, he felt very uneasy, thinking of what his Leader might say back to him.
